Here are some possible reasons why a Shared Item could not be located with this sharecode:

• If you manually entered the web address, double-check the 10-character sharecode at the end of the URL. Sharecode characters are separated with a hyphen, e.g., abcde-vwxyz.
• If the Shared Item has been deleted, there is nothing to retrieve with the sharecode.
